I enjoy working in complex environments where direction and structure are not yet fully embedded

I look for coherence in complex situations and make explicit what provides direction for decision-making and action. From an abstract context, I work towards clear frameworks and an approach that is workable for teams. To achieve this, I work analytically and in a structured manner, using my ability to quickly process and oversee large amounts of information.

From this position, I operate comfortably between leadership and teams, bridging the language of the boardroom with the day-to-day reality of the work floor. Strategic decisions are translated into clear direction and concrete agreements that help people fulfil their roles effectively. Creating momentum and making things work in practice are central to my approach, with results always considered in relation to how they are achieved.

I function best in phases where there is still room to provide direction and to build. Once structures are firmly in place and the organisation is running steadily, consolidation is often more appropriate than new approaches. At that point, it is logical for others to take over.
